- Your return must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date
- Merchandise must be in new, unworn condition.
- You must contact us (email@example.com) to initiate a return. Once you contact us, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#) to process your return.
- International orders do not qualify for free return shipping. Exceptions include defective items and shipping errors made by us.
- Duties and taxes will only be refunded if they were paid at checkout on our website. If you selected to pay duties and taxes at delivery, you will not be credited for original duties and taxes.
- We do not offer exchanges, so please return the item(s) you do not want to keep and place a new order for your desired replacement(s).
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing your return and for receiving a credit from your financial institution.
Shipping and Exchange Policy
Sunnysideus accepts returns or exchanges for apparel within 14 days of receiving delivery, for jewelry within 10 days of receiving delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
- All merchandise must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.
- We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
Sunnysideus reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS (Domestic) and USPS (International) Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders including 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday - Friday after 12 PM Pacific Time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed Monday. Express orders are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Currently, we offer free domestic shipping, $20 for international shipping, free international shipping when you purchase $250 or more.
For customer service questions about exchanges or credit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your exchange within 5 business days of receiving your item(s).
Upon receiving your return authorization email request, a customer care representative will respond with a Return Authorization number (RA#) to process your return. Once you have received the RA#, please write the RA# on the box and include it with your item(s) for exchange and ship it back to us. Once we have received your goods, we will contact you via email with additional return/exchange details.
Please do not send back any item(s) without writing our internal Return Authorization number (RA#) on the box.
For a full credit, items must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of your original date of receiving delivery. Items received after 14 days, but within 30 days, are subject to a 20% restocking fee and merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged will not be credited. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.
It takes 3 – 5 business business days to process exchanges or refund after we have received your item.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable, unless we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style, or color, shipping will be charged on your exchange.

HOW DO I SHIP MY EXCHANGE?
- Enclose the pieces (and its original packaging, including Sunnysideus box), inside secure packaging;
- Include the returns form with Return Authorization number (RA#) inside of the package;
- Use either a courier company of your choice or mail the item back to us. Please use a reputable courier company such as Fedex.
Sunnysideus is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
